RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At our jewelry store, we understand that sometimes your preferences may change or you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. We want you to have a positive shopping experience and ensure that you make the most of your investment. Therefore, we have a straightforward and customer-friendly policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please follow the three steps outlined below:

  1. Request: If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry purchase, kindly email us at sajsavar@gmail.com with the name and image of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. We will review your request and proceed accordingly.
  2. Return: Upon approval of your return request, please securely package the product(s) in its original packaging, including all tags, and ship it back to us within 5 days of our approval. The shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. To ensure a smooth process, please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us if our pickup service is not available in your area.
  3. Refund: After receiving your returned package, we will notify you within 24-48 hours. We will carefully inspect the product(s) and process the applicable refund based on our Refund Policy.
  4. Exchange: In the case of a damaged or defective product, please follow these additional steps for an exchange: - Request: Within 48 hours of receiving the product, please email us at sajsavar@gmail.com with the name and image of the item to initiate the exchange process. We will review your request and proceed accordingly. Once your exchange request is approved, please securely package the product(s) in its original packaging, including all tags intact, and ship it back to us within 5 days of our approval. If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide a store credit that must be used within 30 days of the coupon issuance.

Cancellation of Your Order:

Orders are typically fulfilled within 3 hours of placement. You may cancel your order until it is shipped from our warehouse. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you for confirmation before shipping. If a prepaid order is canceled before shipping, you can choose to receive a refund coupon code or a refund to your original payment method (with a 5% deduction as PG charges).

REFUND POLICY

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued as a one-time-use coupon code, which will serve as a credit toward your future purchase. The coupon code will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Deductions

  • A deduction of ₹250 will be made for the non-acceptance of prepaid orders to cover the forward and reverse shipment costs.
  • If a previous refund coupon code is applied to a new order that is not accepted by you upon delivery, the coupon code will expire and cannot be used again. Please ensure that you accept Cash on Delivery/prepaid orders placed using coupon codes.
  • For online prepaid transactions where payment is deducted but order confirmation is not received, please contact us before placing another order. If a new order is placed before confirmation, a deduction of 5% towards payment gateway charges will be made from the refund.
  • If shipping charges were waived off as part of an offer, a deduction of ₹150 will be made for shipping from our warehouse to the customer while processing refund coupon codes.
  • Customers who have used a refund code for an order and then returned the order will be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes related to the original order.
  • Free shipping offers applied to orders placed with refund coupon codes will be deducted (worth ₹200) if the customer has placed more than 2 orders using a refund coupon code.

Eligibility

  • All products purchased from our website are eligible for return in exchange for a coupon code credit.
  • Damaged, used, or products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. You may choose to have the items sent back to you at an additional ₹150 shipping cost, or you can collect them in person from our warehouse.
  • Items not reported for return within 48 hours or not received by us within 6 days are not eligible for returns.
  • Our products undergo multiple quality checks, and in the case of the quality not meeting your expectations, a monetary refund will not be provided.

Refund Processing Time

Coupon codes for refunds will be processed within 3 working days from the receipt of returned products or confirmation of order cancellation. The refund coupon code can only be used if no other offer code is applied while placing a new order. Customers cannot apply more than one coupon code for an order. Therefore, orders placed using a refund coupon code cannot apply any other offer coupon code. For damaged products, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund coupon code for the amount paid for the product.
