SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY - 

At Sajsavar, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shipping and delivery experience for our customers across India. We have established partnerships with top-notch logistics services to ensure the professional handling and timely delivery of your products.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once you place an order with Sajsavar, we strive to process and dispatch it within 2-5 working days. We will promptly notify you via email or phone or WhatsApp or text message about the tracking details of your order once it has been shipped. In the event of any unforeseen delays in processing, we will keep you informed and provide information regarding possible delays. Please note that if your order contains products that are made to order, the processing time for such items may take 15-20 days before they are ready for shipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases. ( Bani Kundan Necklace falls in "Made to Order" category) 

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch, we will send you an email containing a Tracking URL and AWB number, enabling you to easily track the progress of your order in real-time.

ORDER DELIVERY. Within India:

Our logistics partner typically delivers shipments within 3-5 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities, starting from the date of dispatch. However, please note that occasional unforeseen circumstances or operational issues may cause slight delays in the delivery of your order. If your order includes products that are made to order, please be aware that the processing time for such items may take 15-20 days before they are ready for shipment. We kindly request your understanding and patience in such cases. We recommend tracking your order using the details provided via your registered email ID to stay updated on its status.

International orders (Outside of India):

International shipments undergo a series of checkpoints before reaching your destination, ensuring the safe delivery of your package. While the process may take some time, rest assured that we prioritize promptness. You can generally expect your package to arrive within 15-25 days from the date of your order. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping within India:

We are pleased to offer free shipping* for all prepaid orders ( For order value above INR 500 ) within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India, a shipping charge/cash-handling fee of ₹125 will be applicable.

International Shipping:

For international orders, shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the weight of the products in your order. These charges will be added to your cart during the checkout process. Please note that our shipping charges are on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Please be aware that the product prices displayed on our website and the shipping charges mentioned are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. Kindly ensure the payment of import duties to facilitate the smooth receipt of your order upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in your order being held by customs or returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will be unable to refund the shipping charges and may deduct the return charges as well.
